Delivery & Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods within 14days of purchase/receipt, for an exchange or full refund. Please note, all goods returned for a refund must be unused and the packaging undamaged. Any dart barrels returned will be subject to a thorough inspection to highlight any use. If there are any chips or damage found our RETURNS department will not refund you and you will be liable to pay the return postage to have them sent back to you.
Please, before returning any items you must first contact us to log the claim. Unless goods are faulty it is the obligation of the customer to pay for any services used to return the items.
Any items found to be faulty will, having been returned and inspected, be replaced or refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible with the details of the fault so we can log your complaint and advise you on the procedure. It is recommended that you use a tracked postal service to return items to Superdarts, as we will not be held responsible if the goods are lost in transit on their return journey to us.
